The high-top charging tables can be ready to ship in 7-10 days. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional cost. The portable charging tables are on a 3-week turnaround due to the time needed to print the fabric.
ECM can provide a quote for roundtrip freight to your event. If you prefer to arrange your freight carrier just let us know.
The portable charging tables and smaller units can ship via UPS if applicable. The high-top charging tables and UV-C lockers are shipped in crates via a common carrier.
We recommends one (1) Charging station per 200 to 400 people at the respective venue or event.
All of our charging stations come ready to use out of the box except for the portable charging table. The portable charging tables need assembly and the instructions are included. A video of the assembly can be found on the portable charging table page.
No. Our charging cables are charging cables only. These cables are made solely to charge phones and do not have the capability to transfer data.
Some stations are rental only, but most can be purchased. Contact your sales rep for more information.
Our charging stations use standard 120v outlets and draw as much power as a laptop computer. Our charging stations are completely user-friendly.
Templates to all of our charging stations are provided under the Charging Stations tab. Your design team can put your artwork in the templates and send it back to us. If you do not have a design team we can help for an additional cost.
